Mr. Singh is admitted to practice in the State of New York and the Republic of Guyana and is a licensed U. S. Patent Attorney. Prior to commencing his practice in New York, Mr. Singh excelled as a trial attorney for six years in Guyana conducting over 100 trials in the Civil and Criminal jurisdiction of the Supreme Court, maintaining an unblemished record in the Criminal Assizes. Mr. Singh also successfully argued a number of appeals before the Court of Appeal of Guyana. Mr. Singh was a founding partner of the Whitworth Chambers law firm (www.caribbeanlawyer.com), a firm with which he maintains a working relationship enabling him to competently advise his New York Clients on issues that involve both New York State Law and the Laws of Guyana.

Prior to practicing in New York, Ms. Kissoon practiced in Guyana for a period in excess of ten years with the law firm of Kissoon & Kissoon in which her father Jailall Kissoon is the senior partner. Ms. Kissoon appeared in all the jurisdictions in the Courts of Guyana from the petty Court of the Magistrate's Court to the Supreme Court and the Court of Appeals. Ms. Kissoon has conducted in excess of two hundred trials in the areas of Civil, Family and Criminal Law and has argued numerous motions and applications. She is an aggressive and thorough practitioner who applies herself with diligence and dedication in the areas of research and preparation and she fully understands that her foremost duty is to the Court and her client. Ms. Kissoon maintains a working relationship with her former firm in Guyana and as such is able to competently and effectively deal with legal issues that may involve the laws of both jurisdictions.
